Will Eickman

I am a counselor that has a heart to serve those who are hurting. I graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University with a Masters of Arts in Counseling, and emphasis in Marriage, Couple, and Families. I own and practice with Congruence Counseling where I can help meet the needs of others.  Before attending MNU, I worked with both the child protective services as a case manager, and before that as a Hospital Chaplain at The University of Kansas Hospital.

 

I am a counselor that believes that the client is the expert of their own life. My goal when working with clients is to meet them where they are, so that they are heard, seen, valued, and their experiences understood. From there we help to build resources, both internally and externally so that they feel rooted through life’s ebbs and flows. I work with individuals who are suffering from trauma, grief/loss, oncology patients and their families, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
